When we decided to sell our apartment we selected two agents to interview, one the advertised top seller in Ponsonby and the other Jason who had previously sold a property within our building. Our decision proved to be simple as Jason was personable, enthusiastic and his honest evaluation of our property gave us the confidence that he knew our market and could deliver a sale at a satisfactory level in a tight apartment market.
